Track My Order

To track your order, enter your tracking number (which you will find in the delivery confirmation email).
in the text box below and press the "TRACK" button.

If your tracking number doesn't work, be patient. It can take up to 72 working hours for the tracking number to work. When you try to track your order, your order may still be pending.

Most of our customers receive their orders within 7-10 working days, i.e. 9-12 days. Orders may take up to 15 days to arrive depending on the season due to high volume of orders, customs duties, weather conditions, etc.
